For the most part, the world, including many believers, just have not seen Gods Goodness. But, once you start to look for it, He will reveal it to you more and more.

To start seeing Gods Goodness, you have to first hear about it. You have to get enough information about who and what He is to be able to actually trust and believe Him. You can't just trust someone without knowing who they are first.
